The V7 makes no bones about it...this is one tough hunt. Black bear roam on about 8500 acres of the ranch. You'll find these bear foraging in thick brush and in dense growths of pinon pine trees: not on the flat lands but along the steep sides of the mountains. It will take a keen eye, quick reflexes, accurate shooting, and a little luck to bring down one of these animals. This is truly a real man's hunt! If you think you've got what it takes, then come to the V7 Ranch for a once in a lifetime bear hunting experience.

Pricing and Hunt dates:
Call in reference to availability
Scattered dates through August, October and November
Base fee - $1,500
Plus a kill fee of $1000 and a trophy fee of $1,000 for any bear taken over 200 lbs.
Non-hunting guest are welcome at an additional $75 per day, per person. 

To Book a Hunt:
Send half of the price of hunt selected as a down payment by personal check, certified check, or money order. Make checks payable to V7 Ranch. As an alterative for early booking, you may pay one fourth down and this will reserve your spot until January 1st of the hunt year, in which you intend to hunt. At such time we would ask for the 2nd quarter (making up the half).
The last half will be paid upon arrival and must be cash, certified check or money order.
