Besides the history of the ranch the rest of the area is also steeped in history. Come out and see our museums. Sites to see would include the NRA Whittington center right next door. It is the worlds largest most extensive outdoor shooting facility.

Twenty miles east is one of the worlds most perfect cinder cone volcanos named Capulin National Monument. One can also drive the enchanted circle through Cimarron, Angle Fire, Taos and back.
